Design Notes
This "Truffle Chocolate Cake" is specially designed for chocolate lovers. It uses French truffle chocolate as the core flavor and focuses on presenting a rich, smooth, and deeply layered chocolate taste.
The cake is served with Susan’s special chocolate ice cream (or chocolate custard), and the overall flavor is rich but not greasy, making it suitable for dessert lovers who seek the ultimate chocolate experience.
The cake is topped with truffle chocolate balls as a visual and flavor highlight, presenting a low-key yet sophisticated "truffle-like" chocolate style.
It contains a Japanese cloud cake base with a texture between chiffon and sponge cake, which is more dense and delicate. It is layered with chocolate ice cream (or chocolate milk sauce), and the overall taste is refreshing, smooth and not too sweet.
The chef may make minor adjustments depending on the day's conditions. If you do not wish for the chef to use their creativity, please communicate with customer service.

Suggested way to eat
1. Ice Cream Cake: Please freeze for storage. It can be stored for about two weeks. The flavor is best when thawed until the surface is slightly soft and can be easily cut with a metal knife (about 5-10 minutes, depending on the freezing condition).
2. Non-ice cream handmade desserts: can be refrigerated or frozen first, and then thawed in the refrigerator the day before consumption.
